Cozy apartment facing the sea with parking

Watch the sun set over the waves from the terrace of this recently renovated apartment. Comfortable and perfectly furnished, it has neat decoration and flat screen TVs in each of the two rooms. As part of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are currently implementing additional health measures. With an area of 45 m2, the apartment was renovated in 2018. I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me": 2 bedrooms with each its small bathroom, T.V flat screen on the wall in each room , living room with small terrace and beautiful sea view, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave and traditional oven, washing machine drying clothes, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook:-) The whole apartment and its terrace. Free parking space for the apartment. Just take the small path in front of the residence to access the beach of Trouville. Unspoiled by crowds, the quiet neighborhood is nevertheless close to the city center. 15/20 minutes walk from Trouville / Deauville train station If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates, a traditional oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfasts. DRYING LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE.

Eiffel Tower - Splendid flat with stunning view

Fully renovated and refurbished studio with the most amazing view on Eiffel Tower and several Parisian monuments (Invalides, Montmartre, Panthéon, Notre Dame ...) The large french windows and the balcony make the experience even more memorable. The studio is located 10 min from the Eiffel Tower and 4 min from Metro stations. The building is safe and there are plenty of shops, restaurants in the neighborhood. Queen size bed, Italian shower NETFLIX included. PS : the view is even better in real ;)
