A bright, beautiful guest room is available on the lower floor of a maisonette apartment near the train station and city center. The peaceful apartment is in a quiet residential area with a sunny, open dining and living area. In the flat, 2 rooms are rented to bnb guests. The bathroom is shared. A simple breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, muesli, jam, honey) is available for self-service. There is a bakery around the corner and numerous restaurants within walking distance. No kitchen use!

The room is very central, only 3 minutes to the Dreisam and about 10 minutes to the city center. The room is located on the 4th floor outside of my apartment in the old building in the attic area! Room walls in the old building are not soundproofed! Not suitable for sensitive ears! The shower room is shared with 2 people as in my apartment.
In the room there is a small fridge, microwave, some crockery, glasses, cutlery & internet connection.
