Pick up at 9.30 am in Nice in front of the Hotel Beaurivage 24 Rue Saint-François de Paule, 06300 Nice We’ll visit three estates, each with their own personality. You’ll take a walk through over 2,000 years of history – from the ruins of a Roman Villa to a 12th century medieval cellar; from an 18th century Chateau to some of the most modern wineries. At each vineyard, we’ll not only share with you some of the best Rosés and how to make and appreciate them, but will also help you discover powerful, well-balanced reds and crisp, elegant whites; In all, you’ll get to taste around 15 wines during the trip.... I take you for "a cruise with friends" aboard a traditional boat, a pointed boat, so named because of its shape to better split the water, it is the fisherman's boat in the Mediterranean. We leave the port of Nice towards the bay of Villefranche sur Mer, its pretty village and its citadel. We drop anchor at the bottom of the bay where the water is transparent and shallow. We bathe then we go back on board to taste specialties of Nice then again immersed in clear waters, lazing on board the boat in the sun or in the shade according to the wishes of each one. Then we continue our walk towards St Jean Cap Ferrat, in passing a greeting from afar at the Grand Hotel and then we stop in one of the very jagged bays, lined with magnificent villas to enjoy a last bath before returning to the port ... Other remarks Due to the health safety rules in force, people belonging to the same group of friends or the same family (6 people max) Participants must be at least 6 years old and wear a safety vest (provided on board). You will start your multi-sensorial experience by discovering and smelling the history of perfumery, the influence of the French Riviera, some of the most mysterious ingredients, and its modern, provocative tendencies. With our help and your new-found knowledge, you will then be able to create your own formula, while learning some of the tricks of the trade. You will enjoy our friendly, educational and amusing workshop while tasting unique French perfumed refreshments and discovering our collection of rare fragrances. This initiation to perfume-making will serve also as a future tool to help you better understand, and more intelligently choose, your perfumes. We are happy to inform you that we have adapted our Atelier to host you in the safest conditions possible, respecting personal distancing and complying with all necessary sanitary recommendations. We are going to: 1. Walk around a beautiful vineyard. The vineyard is located on the slopes of the last Alps foothills with an altitude of 200-300 meters. There is a magnificent view of the Alps, the Mediterranean Sea and the Var Valley. 2. Learn how wine is made. I will tell you how grapes are grown and what you need to know about vineyards. We will visit a wine cellar, where I will explain in detail each stage of wine production. I will show where fermentation begins, how the grapes are pressed, and where the wine is aged. After all the detailed explanations, it will be easier for you to understand what you are drinking and why you feel these flavours. 3. Taste great wine. We will taste magnificent wines from one of the most exceptional and smallest appellations in France. Small vineyard, organic wine production, indigenous grape varieties, elegant wines of all colours: white, rose and red.

I propose a road trip in a 100% electric convertible with driver between Nice and Monaco through the towns and coastal villages of Villefranche, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cap-d'Ail, and Eze village. During this excursion, I will make you discover my selection of the most beautiful panoramic views of the French Riviera ! This tour may be an opportunity for you to meet new people. Indeed, this Road Trip can also be organized in a convoy of 2 to 4 vehicles of the same type. The number of participants will depend on the number of vehicles entered. We will take the mythical road of the Formula 1 circuit of Monaco (in May, on race days, the Road Trip itinerary will be adapted to the closed roads of the Principality)..
