The cozy and bright appartment in the first floor offers you everything you need for your holidays in Carinthia. It is situated at a northern edge of Villach in a quiet environment and is a good starting point for activities of every kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee also included. The big bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom offers two single beds. Of course we clean and desinfect the appartment every time before and after the arrival of our guests.

Within a reach are the old city center, the lake, restaurants, shops, the main bus station and more ...The first appartment is called Katja, the second is called Ana. We also offer baby cots and air conditioners for free. The tourist tax is not included in the price and it costs 3.13 euro for the night. Please, leave it in the wooden box on the table.
