Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and row boat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors towards the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but outside and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area with proximity to the forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Little house on the river farm

This special place is a river farm located in the middle of the oldest settlement in Arboga. The little house that we now rent out is located in the middle of our garden with its own veranda where you can sit and have breakfast during the summer. From the house you can also go down and sit down on the jetty by the river and enjoy the view around. During the summer you can also swim in the river from our dock. When you go out from the garden you are in the center and it is walking distance to most things. There is a wood stove that can be burned in.
