Large charming holiday home almost directly on the mountain incredible views and very quiet and nice. In terms of downhill skiing it is Ski in/ski out location. Just under 100 meters away, you can get directly out into the hill and can slide down to the lift, from here you can also ski out on the mountain . At the lift's valley station also starts cross-country skiing tracks. 5 km of electric lights and a large track system. For a larger selection of ski slopes, Bydalen is recommended which is 17 km away and has Sweden's fifth largest lift system

Welcome to a cozy and modern cottage in the mountains of Jämtland! The cottage is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Gräftåvallens ski resort. At the ski resort is Fjällgården with good restaurant and small local life. For more downhill skiing there is Bydalen about 20 minutes by car. The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end street - hence little car traffic in the area. Access road to the snowmobile trail just behind the cottage. Proximity to hiking, fishing and berry picking. Beach and fishing in Häggsåssjön about 7 km.

Gräftåvallen, lovely mountain environment all year round!

The couple house with apartment is centrally located in Gräftåvallen with close to everything. Close to ski slope ca 150m, cross-country ski track 150m, snowmobile trail 150m, restaurant/bar 50m. Huge parking that can accommodate a car as a trailer. Sports holidays and Easter holidays are rented weekly unless we have agreed otherwise.
