HWS campus is within walking distance. Walk or Uber to numerous eateries and brew houses. Enjoy beautiful Seneca Lake, at the State Park, the Visitors Center or from the Main Street benches overlooking the lake. Welcome home.... to our home.

This is a farm house style studio apartment above an office space. The studio is one block from Main Street shops and restaurants and it is a 10 min walk to the lake. There are seven restaurants, several pubs and two breweries within a 5 min walk. The apartment has a 12 foot deck with a table that overlooks the city skyline. The space has a separate entrance from the office. 5 minute drive from CMAC! Please ask us for our winery recommendations! We very involved with the local wineries.
