This traditional 1920s home features beautiful French doors, oak floors, and original art throughout. Play the grand piano and dine alfresco on the shaded patio. This is a casual bed & breakfast house with self check-in (arrive any time after 4 p.m.) and self-serve breakfast which usually includes fruit, cereal, bagels, yogurt, eggs, OJ, coffee and tea. The superb location makes it an easy drive to most Pasadena destinations in minutes. Plus the best of Los Angeles is beyond! This is a downstairs room with the private bathroom right next to it. This is the place for sweet dreams! Both the bedroom and bathroom are extra calming and relaxing thanks to the monochromatic, light caramel color palette. The blonde bedroom set is queen size with a fairly new mattress, two nightstands with candlestick lamps, and a long horizontal dresser and mirror (lots of room to spread out). Bedding features down pillows and comforter, and high thread count cotton sheets. There's a large light green, handmade wool rug on the original oak floor, and the two windows sport antique tatted and bobbin lace valances. Inside the walk-in closet there's a luggage rack, plenty of hangers, extra blankets and robes and slippers for you. The updated bathroom features seashell motif tile, toilet and sink, travertine look floor and more lace, plus a shower curtain with a fringed valance. White cotton towels.
