There is a sandbox, swing, trampoline and lots of toys on the premises. Anything the child's heart desires. A barbecue is available on the terrace. The house is easily accessible by car. A bus to Neustrelitz runs 3-4 times a day. There is a train station with hourly regional express trains to Berlin.

To one of these lakes the Great Schwaberower Lake with size of 31 hectares, you have direct lake access, an Eldorado for anglers and canoeists.
