the house is located in lower Austria, but the way to Vienna is not so far away. The house is very modern because we have built it in 2016. The view from our house is great and you have around the house a lot of trees. If you prefer silent you are right at our house! Stockerau and Tulln are 10km away from us. We have a train station to come to Vienna. In our village is also a food store, a bank, a tobacconist and a beautiful wine tavern. If you drive by care you need 30 minutes to Vienna.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
