A nice sunny sleepout , have your own bathroom and toilet, separate building with separate entry and king size bed . you can have your own space .The room is fully insulated. There are fridge, microwave, toaster, jug,oil heater ,coffee and tea in the room too. Bus stop just outside of the drive way .dairy shop ,take away,haircute...just 100m away. 10 minutes way drive to city , the base and 5 minutes way to drive waikato University. you can park at my front yard or outside of the street.

In the spring you can wander through the daffodil fields, in late summer and autumn you can wander through the fig orchard. There is a pool for use in the summer months. We are close to local venues and cafes such as Woodlands, Willow Glen, Zealong and the firepot cafe. Gordonton takeaways and the Farm Shop are a short drive away.
