Continental breakfast is included. This 1950's home has a giant maple tree in the front and deer wander through the backyard daily. It’s a 5 minute stroll to the water, where you can walk on the boardwalk, shop, have a beer at our local brewery, play tennis or swim. The 9 hole public golf course is a 10 minute drive away.

Welcome to our Bayview Cottage in Gore Bay on beautiful Manitoulin Island, the largest fresh water island in the world. Our cottage is waterfront and comes with great views of the bay, east bluff and breathtaking sunrises right from the covered front porch or side deck. We have the conveniences of town but sit on a dead end road that leads to a beautiful historic lighthouse. The island has lots to offer and explore as it is home to great hunting, fishing, boating, hiking and swimming.

Spacious 1 bedroom with a roll away cot if needed. Lots of room to relax and enjoy. Within walking distance to the beach and marina. Private bathroom and area with microwave,coffee maker, toaster oven and fridge.. Spacious backyard with large above ground pool, fire pit and grill for wonderful family entertainment. You can visit with Hurley, our cuddly King Charles Spaniel, or Tim and George our two friendly felines. We also have deer that frequently wander through our back yard.
