Het is een luxe uitgeruste woonboot/ studio appartement voor maximaal 4 personen. Over de loopplank kom je op je privé terras. Je komt binnen in de volledig uitgeruste keuken, met combi magnetron oven, koelkast, vaatwasser, (Nespresso)koffie en thee faciliteiten. De badkamer is voorzien van wastafel, inloop douche en privé sauna voor 4 personen. Er is een eettafel, (slaap) bank, 2 persoons boxspring bed en via de trap in de kast klim je naar de vide, waar 2 losse matrassen liggen. Mooie locatie!

Zeg maar gerust watervilla . Een zeer ruime waterwoning in de rivier de Schie, aan de rand van Rotterdam maar toch binnen no- time in het centrum van Rotterdam. Gratis parkeren voor de deur waar ook een bushalte is. Ruime zonnige tuin. Drie ruime gezellig slaapkamers. Gedeeltelijk onderwaterniveau, koel in de zomer. Vloerverwarming. Zeer ruime woonkamer tot uw beschikking.
