Villa Lanza is surrounded by 3 acres, on a paved road, dotted with cedar, oak, pine and fir trees. Plenty of fresh air. The separate suite is 1000 square feet. Attached to my residence by only one wall and a locked door. Very private. The suite includes a separate bathroom with shower and jetted tub, kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven & instant pot.
