The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in the quiet residential area in the outskirts of the field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The non-smoking basement with 5 windows has a hallway with wardrobe, a daylight shower room with hairdryer and make-up mirror and a 40 m² living/sleeping room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (also usable as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

You move into a nice room in our about 300 year old court ride in the center of Gundernhausen. When you walk from the main road through the large gate of the gatehouse, you unexpectedly stand in a large quiet courtyard, hear the chickens clucking and look at blooming flowers, large trees and a nostalgic red tractor. The room is located in the beautiful half-timbered main house, on the 1st floor on the courtyard side and can be reached separately from the staircase.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit from the street for the apartment. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. The tram to the main train station and the city, the Centre and the Technical University of Darmstadt are within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days up to a maximum of 1 month.
