This house is located in the newest and most popular residence complex in Eryama. Istanbul road is 5 minutes away. It has American cuisine in 2+1 concept. A house with a grocery store, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, etc. It is also 5 min away from the optimal shopping center. We have a king size bed in one of the bedrooms and a queen size (140cm) bed in the other. Also the sofa in the lounge can unfold and become a sofa bed. It has a nice reading balcony. Hot water internet, kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer etc. everything is available.
