Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home only 10-12 min from the Indianapolis airport. You can enjoy a private room, which is right there when you enter, with 2 twin beds, nightstands, and a large closet. A full bathroom is right outside the bedroom which will be only for your use. Relax in the living room with the big TV, and my sweet cat may crawl into your lap too. You can also use kitchen, laundry, patio, and dining room. I live here full time. 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. Cheers

We are conveniently located 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport, 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, and 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. This is a unique Historic Old farm house with a big old barn on two acres in Mooresville . the back yard has a full legal size croquet court and shuffle board court. Shelter house with seating and another sheltered porch just outside the kitchen.
