Die Wohnung besteht aus einem gemütlichen Schlaf/- und Wohnraum. Das Bett mit zwei Nachttischen ist 180cm x 200cm groß. Der Essbereich mit 3 Sitzplätzen hat eine kleine Küche mit guter Ausstattung, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine etc. und eine Auswahl an Standardgewürzen. Im kleinen, aber feinen Bad lässt sich das WC durch eine Schiebetür zum Duschbereich trennen. Gäste haben Zugang zu sämtlichen Haushaltsgeräten, Flachbild TV und WLAN (kostenfrei). Allerdings besteht kein Anspruch auf Entschädigung, falls das WLAN aus technischen Gründen mal nicht funktioniert. Handtücher, Haartrockner und Bügeleisen stehen zur Verfügung. Sie erreichen uns am besten per Email oder in dringenden Fällen (Hidden by Airbnb) /SMS/Anruf. Den Schlüssel erhalten Sie durch mich oder als Eigenständiger Check-In im Schlüsselsafe. Der Stadtteil St. Georg liegt zentral am Hauptbahnhof und ist bekannt für seine Vielseitigkeit. Restaurants, Kneipen, Bars und Straßencafés prägen das Viertel, auch das Deutsche Schauspielhaus und das Ohnsorg-Theater sind hier beheimatet. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten. Auch die beliebte Einkaufsstraße Mönckebergstraße erreicht man in 15 Minuten fußläufig. Ebenso ist die Alster nicht weit entfernt. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U/S-Bahn, Bus, Taxi) ist optimal. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten. Auch die beliebte Einkaufsstraße Mönckebergstraße erreicht man in 15 Minuten fußläufig. Ebenso ist die Alster nicht weit entfernt. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U/S-Bahn, Bus, Taxi) ist optimal. Mit dem Auto benötigt man ca. 30 Minuten und mit der S-Bahn 25 Minuten zum Flughafen Hamburg.

Cosy City Living

In a beautiful and well-kept atmosphere. Very close to Alster, train station and city. But also louder in the summer, as the streets are bustling!! The room is equipped with a comfortable bed (140x200cm) and wardrobe for your belongings. If you want to watch TV, you can also use the living room. ;-) The kitchen is equipped with a kettle and coffee machine. And most importantly, I only have room for individuals!

Book a fairly small but comfortable space here in a beautiful historic apartment with 5 bright rooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
