Lakefront Cozy Cabin with breathtaking views

Cabin overlooks beautiful Copeland Pond w/ 160' of direct water access. Huge dock w row boat, kayaks, paddle boards and 16' water trampoline(summer). Firepit w/ ADK chairs looking out to the water. Huge back deck towards water w/ picnic table. 4 bdrm cabin, 1.5 baths, Lvm kitchen. Cabin is on top of hill w lake down below. Very private pond, perfect for families. Fishing is great too! 20 minute drive to Lake George Village & beach. 7% Sales tax is added after check in. Replace any firewood used Cozy cabin with 4 bedrooms. Huge backyard short walk(with hill) to direct water access with dock. Kayaks, row boat and paddle boards. Quiet and serene pond...please no loud music/parties. Quiet time is 10pm-8am DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BOATS/KAYAKS. CAUSES CROSS CONTAMINATION Any extra people that come and are not registered guests you will be fined an extra fee of $25 pp per day...we do have cameras!!! ONE pet allowed...Pets..we do cater to pets and sometimes our pets stay here..so that does come along with pet dander/hair...our cleaners work very hard at cleaning, but sometimes some does linger..so please be aware of this and don't complain, you've been warned!!! Once you are booked, texting will be allowed for immediate Reponses for any questions/emergencies. Village of Fort Ann about 4miles away, with entrance to water canal for kayak. Village of Lake George about 10miles away. Lots of wineries, distilleries, outlet mall shopping, gun ranges, 5star rated restaurants and bars, lots of fun activities, very local. Gore mountain is about 35miles away and West Mount Ski is about 12miles away. It is amazing place in wintertime, our pond freezes over. Use saution always. Must have car to get around our towns. Tons of hiking and biking trails only minutes away..about 6miles from our property. NYS trailheads to Shelving rock, Black beauty, Prospect mtm and Buck mtn are so close Replace any/all firewood that you use. A lot of locals sell on side of roads. Also, keep fires small...ambers will travel. Use extreme caution when using any of the water craft..safety gear is a must for everyone and put all stuff back on land/boat racks. No lifeguard is ever on duty on this lake...use caution. No other boats allowed on pond....only ours. NO FIREARMS ALLOWED
