Welcome to the old post office at Häljebol

In the middle of extensive fields is the small village Häljebol in sunny Värmland. Here you will find the main house Nytomta with the cosy post office on the tunet. You have the kitchen, living room, bedroom (with brand new 140 bed), toilet, shower, garden and not least the terrace with superstructure. From the E18 it is a 10 minutes drive towards Arvika. The grocery store can be found at Nysäter. In the area there are many bathing areas, sights, cafes and hiking routes. In the main house lives my father, the painter Terje Adler Mørk. Welcome!

Dream house near the lake in beautiful Värmland

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Divine view over lake Glafsfjorden, large wooden deck with own jacuzzi (April-October). Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. Good fishing. The house was completed in the spring/summer of 2022 therefore there is no completed garden yet, on the other hand a large wooden deck.

Welcome to a spacious house in beautiful countryside. The house was built in the 1940s but has been completely refurbished since 2019. Häljebol is centrally located and from here you can reach sights in Karlstad, Arvika, Säffle and Årjäng. We have three separate bedrooms upstairs, with a total of 8 beds. Kitchen, dining room and two living rooms. Broadband, TV, washing machine and dryer. In late summer you can pick fruit and berries in the garden. Since the house is newly renovated we do not allow pets or smoking.
