Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt and Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (forest path), train station: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I am happy to give tips and information. The windows of the studio go to the courtyard, which partly green, serves as a (large) part as a parking space. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about a 6-10 minute walk). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in the Advent). If the nearby prince pond (2 minutes ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since requests keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. In addition, of course: dishwashing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bathroom. A private parking space is available directly in front of the entrance for guests arriving by car. Note: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just tell me your wish day for it.

The bordeaux red construction wagon is on our old farm on the outskirts of the village. The location offers a great view of the landscape of the Werra Meissner Kreis. The construction trolley is spacious with 14sqm and has a sink, stove top and refrigerator. A double bed of 1.40 cm in width, a bar table and a comfortable sofa are available for you to relax. Outside: Outdoor hot shower and compost toilet on the outside of the construction trolley. In winter use of the shower in the house is possible.
