Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block. We are 64 meters up on the hill so the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen in this unit, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.
