Spacious villa in the middle of the small village Hörken. Walking distance to swimming lake and scenic surroundings. The villa has two floors + decorated attic. On the ground floor there is a hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room and a bedroom. One floor up there are two bedrooms, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the property, there is also an old country store with access to a furnished office if needed. The house is connected to a train rail and it passes public and freight trains a number of times per day!
