The kitchen has basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, and Keurig (pot and k-cup). the living room chair and couch both unfold and sleep one. The unit is a duplex and I occupy the other side. Country setting, just minutes away from town. 10 minutes from IUP. Serving fresh "good for you" breakfast. Hot tub and campfire available for use. My husband and I will be staying at the house and will be available for questions or can let guests enjoy their space. Feel free to create your own lunch or dinner in the kitchen. I have two other rooms available if needed for extra guests: Sunshine on my Shoulders (2 twin beds) and Serenity Cove (King size bed).
