Bakers and butchers, as well as food market are about 1000 m away. Our house and the apartment are in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment conveniently and comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.

Our house is close to the recreational area "Bocholter Stadtwald", the natural oasis "Bocholter Aasee" and the Westfälische Fachhochschule. A bus stop is 150 meters from the house, the drive to the city center takes 10 minutes. There is a great weekly market at the historic town hall with two wonderful ice cream parlors. The kitchen can be used with prior hand disinfection. The room is not lockable.
