Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. Recently renovated, the flat is furnished with parquet and modern furniture and it is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. The living room can be used as an extra bedroom (with 2 extra comfortable beds) so the apartment is well suited for families of 4 persons. It is located in a beautiful building of 1600 that overlooks the back of the Pantheon. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of 1 bedroom, living area with 2 single beds, bathroom and kitchen (operational). It has WI-FI internet connection, TV, air conditioning, heating, telephone and safe. The cleaning of the apartment is included in the price so guests will NOT have to pay any additional cost at the time of check-out (the only extra to pay is the tourist tourist tax of € 3.50 per person, per day as per current municipal legislation). Living in the area, we are always available by phone or email. The apartment is on a quiet street behind the Pantheon in the city's historic center.
