3 chrs house ideally located.

Townhouse located between Bordeaux and Saint Emilion 26 km from both. It is within walking distance of all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bus). You will also have an easy way to discover the beautiful beaches, or the city, or the vineyards. Keep in mind that my children and I live in this house. So we leave our personal belongings there. Living house. I put an above ground pool on the back deck in the summer 2022. It's 3/2, it refreshes. Thank you
