This is our extra house that we use when our kids are in high school in Kadoka, we have a ranch 35 miles outside of town. This home has a vintage farmhouse feel to it. It is very functional, very safe and super clean. Warm in the winter with baseboard radiant heating. Window air conditioning units in the summer. Perfect for a large family. Charming Farmhouse In a small town setting

This is a recently updated, clean and cozy home. It is warm in the winter and the main floor is quick to cool in the summer. Kadoka is a safe quiet ranching community on the edge of the Badlands and right off of I90. You will be 20 miles from the entrance to the Badlands National Park, 35 miles from Wall drug and 90 Miles from Rapid city and the Black Hills. This is a small community ( population 500 or so). Late in the day or weekends can be very sleepy. The good news is.. no traffic!
