The Bungalows are a limited collection of eleven furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River. The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village. Eagles Nest offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub. Washer/Dryer is not provided. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views. Eagles Nest is a part of the Kiawah River community on Johns Island. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and a 5 minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Freshfields Village. 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Walk or bike the extensive network of trails, join a goat yoga class or book a kayak, boat or fishing tour that departs steps away from your bungalow. Occupancy is 2. You are steps away from the water access or the Spring House Amenity Center. Access to the amenity center is included in your reservation. The amenity center boasts multiple swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and gathering space. Coming soon is a waterfront lodge and boat landing with dockside restaurant. Construction: Auberge is currently building a hotel down the road from this property. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours.
