The house is located near the pond. The house has two floors. The first floor has an open room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. Right next door is a large sofa where you can watch TV or listen to music and a fold-out sofa. On the second floor there is a bed for two. You can also use a mattress.
Outside there is a terrace where you can have a nice time. Of course you can have a barbecue outdoors.
The pond, which is just outside the house, can be used for fishing or waterboarding.
