This is an old Japanese house. Free parking on premises! Suitable for families, friends and groups. The nearest station is Kashiwa Station on the JR Joban Line. The station is a 10-minute walk, and a 24-hour convenience store is a 3-minute walk away. An empty house that is also a problem in Japan. I want to regenerate the empty house and make it a base to convey the charm of Kashiwa!With that in mind, we renovated into a cozy space while preserving the goodness of the old house. Yuzu trees in the garden produce fruit from summer to winter.I called it Yuzu's House because it's familiar to my neighbors. ~ Floor Description ~ The first floor was originally divided into four rooms, but we took the wall and made it an open floor of 20 tatami mats or more.We have prepared two tatami mat rooms on the second floor for you to experience Japanese tatami culture.

It takes 15　min to the University of Tokyo，Kashiwa Campus　(東京大学柏キャンパス）by　bicycle or by bus, to Tokyo Univesity of Science, Noda Campus (東京理科大学野田キャンパス）by　bicycle, to National Cancer Center (国立がんセンター）by bicycle, and to Bujinkan Dojo (武神館道場）by train.
