When my kids saw this unit they wanted to move in. I designed it for families to have fun and create memories. Books, puzzles, games, toys and attic nooks are a few of the things they will enjoy. Full eat-in kitchen with a view of the backyard has everything you’ll need. The 4th bedroom has a crib, rocking chair and a desk. The beautifully finished attic has a sectional, TV, and two day beds each having an additional trundle bed as well. Kids love sleeping up there. Such a great space.

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse has been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.
