The cottage is unspoilt with great sea views near the southern idyll Holmesund. Guests must have their own bedding (pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets) and towels, and clean the cabin on departure. The cottage has a large terrace, WC, shower, micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Trampoline. 70 meters to park place. 350 meters to bathing place in Holmesund. 25 minutes to Arendal. 1 hour to Kristiansand. 3 hours to Oslo. I bought the cabin in 2018. Want to rent to guests who are careful and take good care of the cabin

Holmesund: Beautiful cottage by the sea with boat

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. A 13 ft boat with 15 HP comes with the property - a great opportunity for fishing and exploring the nearby islands.
