Talomme on mukava ja kaikki yhteiset tilat tarvikeineen ovat vuokralaisen käytössä. Huone on kalustettu ja autopaikka on pihalla. Talomme sijaitsee rauhallisessa lähiössä ja ladut lähtevät takaa. Kirjasto, kuntosali ja jäähalli on aivan vieressä. Tunturiin ja laskettelemaan on vain puoli tuntia. Huone on täydellinen lyhytaikaista oleskelua varten.
