The house is situated in a small peaceful village near Matsalu National Park. It was built in 1931 as a railway station with apartments for workers. After the last train left in 1968 the house was used as a post office and telecommunications museum. Since 2003 the house is my private property. I have been renovating it with natural materials in a creative way and some works are still in progress. There are four private rooms with 14 beds available for the guests. Room 2 accomodates 3 people.

Welcome to “Morsatalu”! A modern cottage situated in the middle of nowhere (actually in a 200 year-old park with oak and maple trees). This remote complex is built with lots of love by a family who enjoys nature and to tune out from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our cottage welcomes guests who are seeking for a getaway in the nature with modern conveniences. The real Morsatalu experience involves a sauna, a hot tub and a refreshing dip in the little stream that passes by the cottage.

House with a unique design

Lovely one-bedroom house with extraordinary privacy, huge garden and artsy design (made by me), yet located in the very heart of the village. Public transport stop and grocery store right across the street. Great resting place for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and/or furry friends (pets). It is also good place to stay and take a daytrips to Saaremaa, Pärnu, Haapsalu or Tallinn. As I do live here sometimes it’s not hotel style, so don’t prepare for that.
