A cozy covered terrace. 4 min. walk from the cottage there are plenty of opportunities to fish in Storebælt or to swim. The area offers many excursions within a radius of 10 km. i.a. the old Viking castle Trelleborg, Slagelse city with pedestrian streets, cafes and shopping opportunities and on Wednesdays you can experience the gardenhouses riding through the city. A visit is also worth Birkegårdens Haver - a 10,000 m2 adventure garden with animals and playground. Stillinge beach, which hums with life in summer and with dining options is only about 2 km from the cottage. Golf courses in Slagelse and Korsør. There is also Kragerup Gods about 1/2 hour drive by car, where there is a "Go High" with many activities and where you can feel the rush in the treetops, play football or canoe in the moats. It takes just over an hour to get to Copenhagen. There are a few bikes in the cottage that can be used.
