New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The house with annex is 70 m from Storebælt. Between the water and the house there is only a protected meadow area. In the annex there is a bed that can turn into a double bed. It has a small table and two chairs. Bathroom, toilet and a small table with electric kettle and cups are in the building next door. The kitchen in the house can be used for cooking or dishwasher use. There are free-range hens in the garden, but they can get behind fences if desired. There's a dog in the house. Parking outside the grounds.

Cozy room right next to the marina and within walking distance of the beach, eateries, and shopping. The house was built in 1796 and is located in the Fish Street, the city's oldest and nicest area. The house is usually used by me and my three nice kids and we think it's nice that others can also take advantage of our house when we are not using it all ourselves. Welcome to Skipperhuset.
