In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Small holiday home close to both the harbour with restaurants (1 km) and swimming (500 m to Sunnanöviken). The cottage: 35sqm with sleeping loft 14 sqm (not-not standing height on the loft). One bedroom with double bed (140x200) and two single beds on the loft. The ceiling ladder is a simple wooden ladder (see picture) and thus nothing to recommend for small children. Kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is fully equipped minus dishwasher. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Wifi is missing but mobile broadband works well. Air heat pump with AC is available.

The accommodation is located on our plot with access to its own terrace in sunny location. The cottage has a full ceiling with sleeping loft , sauna and wood burning stove . And air heat pump Bus station is located 300 meters from the accommodation, distance to the city center and port about 500 meters. There are also 2 bikes that we lend to our guests.
