Downtown cozy little house, renovated in 2018. Walking distance to the ferry harbour where you can easily island jump in Kragerø's beautiful archipelago. The house is located on a small(70m) charming hill(therefore not suitable for people with difficulty walking) as it is often in Kragerø with narrow roads and crooked paths. Plenty of free parking down the road. The house is very unoccupied despite its downtown location. The road up and the gate is shared with another house(assembled). Private entrance and outdoor space.

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør, a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with a sea view, and swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a visit to the seaside. The standard is simple, in places it's a bit shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

The house is close to the street with a neighboring house which is up to. 400m walk up to the nearest grocery. Gym right down the street. Nursery school with binge and other play appliances 100 m from the house. We welcome quiet guests as it is a small and listen house.
