The challet is modern, just one year after reconstruction, 2 floors. On the first floor you can find heated bathroom, rest room, big living room with TV, a large spacious terrace and modern full equipped kitchen. On the second floor are two rooms for sleeping (4 persons + 2 persons). Parking is included next to the challet and it is completely free. There is an electric heating system and also the coal heating. The object is situated in the quiete nature at the forest corner beyond the main road on the sunny side. In the Suchá village is one restaurant and the ski slope. The place is great for cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing or just walking between the hills. In very close Jáchymov village you can use the new aquapark and more restaurants. In the winter time there is a biggest Ski-center in Czech Republic avaible by the car and on the other side of the hill you can find Fichtelberg Oberwiesenthal Ski-center in Germany. Surroundings: Ski-center Klínovec (20km), Loučná pod Klínovcem, Měděnec Mountain. Wellness in Jáchymov (5km), Stateborder to Germany (15km), Oberwiesenthal with shopping and ski center (15km), Klášterec nad Ohří – spa city + summer aquacenter (20km), Chomutov (35km), Karlovy Vary – wellknown spa city full of sightseeings (25km).

The accommodation is located in a quiet village on the border of the Ore Mountains and Doupovské Mountains. Stays are suitable for lovers of winter sports (modern ski resorts 30 min. drive), cyclists and guests looking for relaxation. The complex is a closed building from the 16th century with a sensitive reconstruction. The rooms are newly renovated and equipped. Hello from the loft with a hot tub in the Erz Mountains near Karlovy Var, i was Michael, and she and I designed the loft in_podhuri Klininec. It's a place we love personally. The loft is very spacious and airy, offering peace of mind, but also fun (private cinema is great!) and in season it has its own wellness in the hot tub. Loft can serve as a refuge for you to escape from the city and the hustle and bustle. We are in a small quiet village about 10 minutes from the ski resort in Klínovec or to the center of Karlovy Vary.
