The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood just outside the center. In a 15 minute walk you have reached the beautiful Lake Constance in the middle of the Seeburgpark. During summer ideal for picnicking, swimming or playing mini golf. If you walk another 15 minutes along the lake (beautiful walkway) you are in Konstanz and directly in the center of the old town or at Sea-Life. I will be happy to give you more tips upon arrival. (Restaurant, bars, nice coffees, activities,..).
