Welcome to our newly renovated one-bedroom apartment! You may be able to rent Germany's easternmost apartment here. It is centrally located in Frankfurt (Oder), but still in the countryside and directly on an old arm of the Oder. In 5 minutes you can easily walk to both the city center, the university, the train station or an island on the Oder. Poland is a 10-minute walk away. The location is ideal for water hikers due to its proximity to the river. Guests can land their own boat in the adjacent rowing club, but guests can also go on tours with their own canoe without their own boat. But also for cyclists the location is unique, because the house is located directly on the Oder-Neisse-Radweg, so that one can bed his tired most valuable without detour in a comfortable bed. The apartment is equipped with 2 single beds, dining table, SATELLITE TV, radio, CD player, a single kitchen with 2 new ceramic hobs, sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with barbecue function, toaster, coffee maker and dishes as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is heated by modern underfloor heating. It is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and access to the garden, where you can relax on your own bench or lounge chair and enjoy the sunset. Or you can look into the fire of the in-house fireplace for hours. In good weather there is the possibility to sunbathe in the deck chair. If that gets too warm, you can stretch your umbrella or tug under the cherry tree. The apartment has its own barbecue, so nothing stands in the way of outdoor fun. So that it is also possible to leave windows and patio doors open in summer, we have installed extra mosquito repellent doors. Due to its proximity to Berlin and Poland, the city of Frankfurt (Oder) is an ideal starting point for exploring. If you want to arrive by car, a parking lot is available.
