We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. La casa è situata nel borgo de "La Ciaccia", ha una posizione a 20 metri dal mare, e dalla grande terrazza è possibile godere di stupendi tramonti, cenare all'aperto, fare un barbecue, prendere il sole in assoluta privacy. E' un appartamento indipendente al piano seminterrato aperto su 2 lati rivolti verso il mare, sopra c'è l'alloggio del proprietario. La casa quindi è fresca anche nelle giornate estive calde. La conchiglia: monolocale a pochi passi dal mare.

Nuovissimo e graziosissimo monolocale al piano primo di una nuova struttura, situato a 200m dal mare e a 400m dalla spiaggia. E' munito di WI-FI, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, 2 comodissimi divani letto matrimoniali e una confortevole veranda attrezzata dove si può mangiare.
