This beautiful space is in the country located 10 miles from the Missouri River and Fort Randal dam. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, master bathroom and bedroom, with large closet for little kids or storage, and a laundry room. Upstairs is a large living room space, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. These guest quarters are located in a large shop on our hobby farm. Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a nice ice cream and sandwich shop. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has Direct TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
