This tiny 200sqft cottage is on a 1200 acre ranch in the Arbuckle Mountains. The rock bottom creek, just 100 ft from the cottage, can be heard from the deck most of the year. Quiet cabin that is close to Lake Murray, Lake Texoma, the Arbuckle Wilderness Area and Turner Falls with ATV and Jeep trails at Crossbar Ranch in Davis plus lots of attractions in Sulphur. Numerous Casinos and gaming attractions - just a great place to explore. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

Completely renovated June 2023. Perfect for 2 or more families. 2 master bedrooms downstairs, each with a king bed and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with bunks. The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile drive). Enjoy the spacious covered front porch and cook on the flat top grill. Kayaks can be made available to responsible guests at no cost.
