Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Welcome to our little cottage! Perfect for a peaceful break away. The space is cosy and ideal for a base if you want to explore the local area. The lounge and kitchen are a combined area with a separate bedroom and shower room. The Bees' Knees pub is close by and excellent for a meal out! You can also find another super pub called The Ferry Boat a mile away. There is a small patio area outside the bedroom door with a patio set so that you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

We have only just renovated 'The Nook' into a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has loads of quirky features, with exposed beams, a wood burning stove and even a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is only a 30 second walk.
