It is an upstairs apartment that requires going up a stairway, so it is NOT handicap accessible. Absolutely no fish or game cleaning on premises

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located remodeled home on a quiet street in beautiful Bottineau, ND. Originally a 1900’s Granary, it was moved to its current location in the early 1940’s & additions were added for the kitchen, bathroom and a 2nd bedroom. The home has all hard surface flooring for easy clean up and is uniquely decorated in a rustic farmhouse theme. We even left exposed some treasures like the brick chimney and aged wood siding found during the recent remodel.
