In the beautiful quiet west wight ,AONB, village of Brighstone is at bottom of downs, close to beaches, furnished to a high standard with Free WiFi 40+mb, cleaned by us, unfortunately we are allergic to fur and feather so no pets. Our only property is detached with own shaded drive with garden, secluded by hedges, secure bike rack. Pub and shops in village easy walking distance.

Located in the heart of the South West Wight, close to lovely beaches, is the village of Brighstone. With a pub next door, a wonderful village shop downstairs and a secluded private sunny garden , this is the perfect base for your holiday on the Isle of Wight. A separate entrance takes you to the rear of the property and garden with stairs to the flat above the shop. On arrival guests will be greeted with a Welcome Pack selection of local produce from our lovely village shop downstairs.

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
