A cozy little apartment where all the amenities are on top of our garage. Close to the bus that takes you to downtown Kalmar every 10 minutes and close to the store. Nature outside the door and a barbecue area a stone's throw away. Kalmar golf course is about 4-5 km depending on whether you take the car or bike, if you choose the bike, you can stop at Snurrom bikepark which is just before the golf course. Each guest cleans up after themselves. Warmly welcome!

Welcome to Lindsdal! The homely kitchen is open towards the living room for a social plan. Dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven, hob, fan and large fridge & freezer. From the kitchen you reach the southwest facing deck. Playground for the children just outside the plot. Upstairs we have two large bedrooms, one with balcony and air conditioning. Laundry room with laundry room, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet. Two full tiled bathrooms, one with shower.
