In the heart of Dalarna and on a beautiful country side estate 30 km from the world heritage city of Falun is this small fully equipped, traditional 2 story house with magnificent view over open fields and a 1 min walk to the small fresh water creek. The house feature two outdoor social areas, one with morning sun for breakfast and lunch and a second patio with afternoon and evening sun to enjoy a glass of wine during the long summer nights, with a big lawn for games and play or sunbathing (well its Sweden so sunbathing is not guaranteed). The house has two kitchens and 2 bathrooms, 2 open fire places and two living rooms. Divided between two floors. The basement apartment is studio style. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. National TV channels. Dish washer in the main kitchen and washer for clothes in master bathroom. The house is located close to a small super market (walking distance) and a 5 min drive to a big super market. The estate has parking for more then 2 cars. Guests has full access the whole house and garden that surrounds it. Parking area and big lawn just in front of the house. Hosts are living in the main villa on the estate and are happy to help with any needs or questions you might have. The estate is an old family farm and has been in the same family since 200 years back. The host couple Solweig Staffas that speak and understands Swedish, English and some German. The house is 74 sqm on two floors with small hall, kitchen, bath and TV room on the lower floor. Open loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with a double bed 180x200. Steep stairs to the upper floor. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season we want your request at least 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cottage.

Sveden is an excellent starting point for art, culture, nature and sports experiences and no less than 65 excursions and attractions can be found in Svärdsjö. Falun can be reached in 20 minutes.
